Adoption Process

All Good Dogs Rescue carefully reviews each application to ensure our dogs go to loving, safe, and suitable homes. Adopters are not chosen on a first come first serve basis, but rather are chosen based on best fit for the dog.

The adoption process involves-

• Submitting an application
• Answering some follow up questions
• Meeting the dog (This can be the last step for out of state adoptions.)
• A virtual home visit over Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet
• And finally the adoption!

Please note, adult fosters dogs must meet any current resident dogs before completing the adoption to ensure it’s a compatibility. This may seem like a long process, but it’s the best way to ensure a good fit because adoption is a lifetime commitment.
